Owen climbs the rock wall (spina bifida)

I have not posted video of Owen in quite a while. He has spina bifida L1-L3. Update: He is walking independently with AFOs. He ditched the walker last June (2 1/2 yrs old). He does fall frequently, but is ambulatory. He attends special needs preschool 2 days a week. He has no fear and a resilient and stubborn spirit. It serves him well. Owen is 3 now. I looked out the window the other day to see him just as he reached the top of the rock wall on our play set. The other side of our play set has a metal rung, vertical ladder that Owen is unable to navigate. Usually we bring out an old bunk bed ladder and hook it on, then he can get up by himself. Well, this particular day we had not put out "his ladder" so he found another way. I would not have in my wildest dreams thought he would be doing this at age 3. His never give up attitude is a challenge to me. visit www.caringbridge.org/visit/owenpotter to read his story.
